Century Energy Ltd. (CEY: TSX-V) is a junior oil and gas exploration company actively pursuing exploration opportunities in Canada and in the U.S.A.

The Company recently submitted an application for off-target approval with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources to allow for the drilling of a test well at 10-30-047-18w3 on its Vawn Prospect. This approval is hoped to be received by mid to late October at which time we will be able to license the well and commence drilling operations. In addition Century is proceeding with a 3 mile 2D seismic program designed to augment existing seismic data coverage and assist with the formation of an overall development drilling strategy which we plan on having formulated by early December.

Century recently purchased P&NG rights in west central Saskatchewan called the "Vawn Prospect" where a heavy oil potential has been identified. Century's current focus and growth strategy is to explore the Vawn Prospect.
