Mr. Jimmy McCarroll, President of Century Energy Ltd. ("Century") is pleased to announce that Mr. Douglas Baker has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Baker is a director of Century, serving since September 2002. He is Chairman of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, since October 2008, and was Vice Chair from 2006 to 2008.
The Board of Directors thanks Jane Costello for her service as CFO and wishes her well in future endeavours.
Century Energy Ltd. is an oil and gas exploration company pursuing opportunities in Canada and the United States.
